Information For Brokers
Our policy is to fully cooperate will all other licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers in marketing our listed properties. Please contact us regarding the fee splitting arrangements on each particular listing.
To avoid confusion and conflicts, because clients often work with more than one broker, we require all cooperating brokers to register their clients with us in writing, or by Email before providing further details about our listings.
Please identify your client, which listing you have mentioned to them, and the date you first mentioned it. All such information will be held confidential, and your commission will be protected. In the event we are already working with the client, or if another broker has already registered them with us, we will inform you. Otherwise, we will confirm your registration and the commission split arrangement in writing or by return Email.
