Summer brings endless entertainment to the Erie area! Any day of the week in any corner of the city you are sure to find a way to fill your schedule!
If you find Monday’s to be a drag, head out to join the Hot Rods and vintage rides with Cruise on the Bay, enjoying Lake Erie Car Classics each Monday thru September. If you prefer 2 wheels over 4, select Tuesdays in July and August host Bike Nights in Downtown Erie, sure to add a little noise to your night!
For the music lovers, 8 Great Tuesdays will bring a spark to every Tuesday night thru August. With bands such as Jakes Blues, Rick Magee and the Roadhouse Rockers, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, you are sure to find a tune to please your ear!
Celebrate Erie’s Downtown entertainment one block at a time with Thursday Night Block Parties thru August. Each week’s highlighted block is closed off, local bands perform on street shows, and local sponsoring businesses offer specials and enticements.
Erie’s Bayfront Pepsi Amphitheater will play host to a number of Erie’s largest productions including Roar on the Shore, Erie’s Key West Phest, Lake Erie Sojourn, and Battle of the Bands 2009, to name just a few.
Here in Erie we make up for the long harsh winters with a summer schedule that is bursting at the seams! So, in the summer time, when the weather is hot, you can reach right up…and enjoy all that Erie has to offer!
