Pittsburgh Commons is the development at the corner of West 12th Street and Pittsburgh Avenue which was formerly the Value City Plaza in Erie, PA. Baldwin Brothers, Inc. is near completion of its multi-million dollar investment and redevelopment of this neighborhood shopping center. The multi-million dollar renovation project includes a complete renovation of an existing building, demolition of the existing Big Lots building, as well as complete renewal of the parking, landscaping and shopping center amenities. Big Lots will soon relocate to the west side of the newly renovated building with their latest retail store concept. Many occupants have expressed significant interest in the remaining available space within the new building.
